Recently, LG has released the specifications of the slate or G-Slate. It was done at the Consumer Electronic Show. In the US the LG Slate is also known as T Mobile slate. It will be powered by Android 3.0 software package. It will have a host of other accessories such as NVIDIA’s 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, giving power to its 8.9 inch 1280X720 pixels, super AMOLED Multi touch display system. Other impressive accessories include dual core CPU, 4G connectivity and 3D options! Some of the capabilities include recording full 1080p HD video with 3D! When the first iPhone was mentioned and then released, many loyal fans of Apple (and others) groused about the need to have it. It wasn’t the price that got them (though it was a factor for many), it was the fact that it was an exclusive item for AT&T. The same can be said for many of the new upcoming phones which will only be featured on certain carriers. The problem of course is the notion that people would have to switch from their current service provider for another in order to get the phone they want.
